Download and print the application above in Word or PDF format.

• $500 Application Deposit - The deposit holds your place in the program while the application is processed.
• 2 Face Photos (1.5” x 1.5”) - Passport style photos are needed for your International Student Identification Card (Insurance) and for foreign school use.
• Parent Recommendation and Release - Required for students under age 21.
• Teacher/Advisor Recommendation
• Copy of Passport*

*PASSPORT INFORMATION IS NOT REQUIRED TO APPLY. Please apply for your passport immediately at the nearest post office or passport office.

STEP 3 Submit the Application
Submit the completed application package along with deposit by mail or fax to the SPI office.

You will be contacted via email once you have been accepted into the program.  Shortly after, you will receive your acceptance packet with important information on preparing for travel, booking your flight, money matters, etc.  Detailed orientation materials are mailed out in late May.
