The online application will take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete.  You may also download the print application above and submit it via post mail or fax.  Applications will not be considered complete until we receive the $500 application deposit and signed terms and conditions contract.  You will be notified via email once you have been accepted into the program.  Application processing can take up to 5 business days.  PASSPORT INFORMATION IS NOT REQUIRED TO APPLY. STEP 4 Program Acceptance & Pre-Departure Information

Shortly after we have processed your enrollment, you will receive an acceptance packet with important pre-departure information.  All pre-departure information will be sent via email to the parent and student email addresses provided on the application.  Detailed orientation materials are mailed out in May.  Please view the ENROLLED STUDENTS page of our website for access to pre-departure information.  We appreciate returning documents and making payments on-time.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Student/Parent may cancel participation in the Program at any time subject to the following refund policy for program fees only.

Cancel Before     Refund Amount
JANUARY 1        Full Refund less $200 Processing Fee
MARCH 1            Full Refund less Application Deposit $500
MAY 1                 Full Refund less 50%

*AFTER MAY 1, NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN FOR PROGRAM FEES. WE ENCOURAGE PURCHASING TRAVEL INSURANCE.

1.  Each program requires a minimum of 10 students.  If the minimum number of students is not met by April 1, the student can transfer programs or a full refund will be given.
2.  Having a valid passport and documentation on day of travel, if required, is the responsibility of the Student/Parent.  No refund will be given on account of student not having proper documentation on day of travel.  Airfare is NON-REFUNDABLE by SPI and is the sole property of the ticket holder.
