STEP 1 Complete Online Application & Deposit
To secure your place in the program, complete the online application (takes about 15 minutes) and submit your $1,000 deposit. Full payment is due with a $200 late application fee if you are applying after the application deadline. Applications will not be considered complete until we receive the signed terms and conditions contract. Passport information is not required to apply. We accept e-checks, VISA, MC, and Discover. STEP 2 Orientation Materials Sent
After you receive your acceptance email, you will receive a complete orientation packet in the mail. All additional pre-departure information and reminders will be sent via email to the parent and student email addresses provided. Please ensure that our email address (@spiabroad.com) is listed on your “safe sender” list to avoid emails being filtered.
STEP 3 Submit Documents & Payments
All programs require a passport copy, flight itinerary, and signed contract to be returned electronically to SPI. After your acceptance, you will receive login credentials to access the Secure Enrolled Student page where you will access orientation contents and videos, make payments, and submit documents. If you enroll after the application deadline, your final payment is due with your application and documents are due within two weeks of acceptance.
