Please allow 3-5 business days to process your application and payment.  Once your application has been processed you will receive a personal acceptance email from a program advisor along with your complete orientation packet in the mail.

Email Communications

To ensure that you receive future email communications, please add “@spiabroad.com” as a safe sender in your email provider.  All email communications will be sent to the student and parent/guardian email addresses you listed on your application.  Please help us keep you informed by ensuring we have the correct and current email address for you and your family.

Submit Documents

In order to make your application complete, we still need the following documents from you. SPI accepts electronic copies of your supplementary documents. Please scan and upload your additional documents using this secure submission form. You may submit documents all at one time, or submit them as they become available. Please make sure that documents are legible and clear. Thank you!



  • PARENTS: Click below to electronically sign our Terms and Conditions contract. The contract will open in a separate window. Once you initial and sign the contract you will need to submit the contract by clicking "Click to E-Sign" at the bottom of the contract. You will submit the contract directly with EchoSign. Please review the Standards of Conduct seriously with your child.
