Payment Plans

Standard Payment Plan After making the initial deposit (counts toward your final balance), you will have the flexibility of making multiple payments or one final payment at your convenience to SPI by the final payment due date. Please make payments online as we accept e-check and credit cards (3% fee for credit card charged & we do not accept AMEX.)  If you enroll near or after the final payment due date, full payment will be charged at enrollment, otherwise you may request a “Deferred Payment Plan” for an additional fee.  There is a $25 charge for all returned checks.
Deferred Payment Plan – $150 Fee For students needing more time to make their final payment, SPI charges a $150 fee. All balances must be paid in full no later than 45 days to program start date, otherwise the student will be withdrawn from the program and no refund will be given.

Summer Programs (June – August) Cancellation Policy

Cancel by JANUARY 15 Full Refund LESS $200 Processing Fee
Cancel by MARCH 15 Full Refund LESS $500
Cancel by MAY 1 Full Refund LESS 50% of total program fee

Custom Programs Cancellation Policy

Cancel 45 DAYS Prior Full Refund LESS 50% of total program fee

General Conditions:

  1. Each program requires a minimum of 6 students. If the minimum number of students is not met (60 days out), the student can transfer programs or a full refund will be given.
  2. Having a valid passport and documentation on day of travel, if required, is the responsibility of the student/parent. No refund will be given on account of student not having proper documentation or being denied boarding/entry by an airline or government agency.
  3. We encourage purchasing additional travel cancellation insurance with a travel insurance provider if you feel you may have to cancel participation in the program for a covered reason. We are not responsible for the level of coverage or claims process.
  4. Airfare is NOT refundable by SPI and is the sole property of the ticket holder.
