Custom Program Information

Overview:
SPI specializes in creating custom programs for school groups that are based on our normal summer immersion programs.  You have the flexibility of creating your own itinerary and dates, selecting the best travel arrangements and accommodations along with assuring you are traveling in a closed group environment.  Once you complete our initial custom program form, we will contact you to learn more about your needs to properly provide you with an accurate price quote and suggested itinerary.  You will then be assigned one of our expert immersion program coordinators who will work with you every step of the way.

Because of the time and effort it takes to organize a custom program, we require a minimum group size of 16 students (please contact us if you have a smaller group.)  We highly encourage gathering an interest list of students first.  If there is any doubt about reaching the minimum number of participants we encourage you to explore the opportunities we have for individual students to enroll in our programs as well as opportunities for teachers to travel as on-site directors.

COSTA RICA - Heredia, Monteverde, Flamingo Beach - $2800 2 WK, $4000 MONTH
ITALY – Siena (Summer Only) - $3400 2 WK, $5500 MONTH
FRANCE – Biarritz (Summer Only) - $3400 2 WK, $5500 MONTH

Organizing Your Custom Program:
STEP 1:  Complete the SPI Custom Program questionnaire to help us understand your needs. SPI will contact you within several working days with an itinerary, price, and information on SPI custom program operations and expectations to get you off to the right start!
STEP 2:  Confirmation of itinerary, price, and SPI custom program contract.
STEP 3:  Program promotion at your school.  SPI will provide you with plenty of materials to make promoting your program easy!  Students will be able to download complete custom program information & application online.
STEP 4:  Applications received and final student enrollments confirmed.  SPI helps walk your parents and students thru the entire pre-departure process and during your program.

With 16 or more students (some exceptions apply), SPI can facilitate custom programs for your school or group. In order to start building your custom program, please help us by completing the following program planning sheet so we can better understand your needs. All custom programs are priced on a per student basis based on the total number of participants & how many chaperones will accompany the group.
